Husband exposes misuse of Section 125 CrPC

Where as the Section 125 of CrPC is meant for support of a women who is not able to support or maintain herself, in reality the same is being grossly misused by unscrupulous women at large.

A gross misuse of the above law is evident from the  Moradabad courts filed by — . against her husband—. The lady although working in —– has deliberately  hidden this fact in  the court case and has mentioned that she is not working and living permanently with her parents in —–just to get maintenance from the courts from her husband.  The innocent husband is unnecessary burdened to face the trial of such false case.  Even the —- is abetting this crime by not providing the details of her employment in their company in response to a complaint letter by the husband to the —-. It is not understandable as to when such companies shall start thinking of their responsibilities of not promoting such false criminal acts by their employees.

The husband who is already fighting a false case of dowry and beating in the Supreme Court of India says “This clearly shows to what level women have gone to extort money from their husbands”.  A lot of the women are getting married just to immediately file false cases and getting their husbands arrested and then they ask for lots of money to settle the case. When are we going to have any law which protects the husbands against such erring wives who are misusing the law and harassing the husbands”?  .

I have all proofs and letter from—and her petition to the court and her photograph and I am willing to share it with the Indian Post as proofs before publishing the article. In the interest of truth and justice I ask you to expose such misuse of  law by large number of educated women in India.
